lot to be laid down and the tenement erected thereon,
and established for the purpose herein before pained
within two years from the first day of June next, then
this act and every matter therein contained shall cease
and be void.

CHAP. 25.

SEC 10 And be it enacted, That the said commis
sioners Or a majority of them are hereby authorised
and required, in estimating the damages to be sustained
by any person or persons in consequence of the opera-
tion of this act, to takeinto consideration all and every
Circumstance which may render it in any way injuri-
ous to the property of said person or persons to have
established thereon the public lot and dwelling above
described.

An act to authorise John Lammott, former Collector in
the third collection district in Baltimore County, to
complete his collections.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That John Lammott, former collector of
taxes in the third collection district, in Baltimore coun-
ty, be, and he is hereby authorised and empowered to
collect any taxes or balances of taxes now remaining due
to, and uncollected by him, in the district aforesaid, in
the same manner and with the same power and privile-
ges, as are allowed by the existing laws in said cases
made and allowed

SEC. 2. And be it enated, That fhe aforesaid John-
Lammott shall in every instance before he may pro-
ceed to the aforesaid collection, mate affidavit before
some one justice of the peace of said county, that the
same remains unpaid, and that he hath not received
any security or satisfaction for the same or any part
thereof, more than what credit or credit may be al-
