An act to make valid the marriage of John Echer, and
Hannal Myers or Echer.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the marriage contract heretofore
entered into between John Echer, and Hannah Myers,
or Hannah Echer, be, and the same is hereby made
valid to all intents and purposes, any thing in the laws
of the State to the contrary notwithstanding.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the said Hannah
Myers, or Echer and her issue, shall be entitled to all
the rights and privileges growing out of the aforesaid
contract as if the same had been solemnized according
to the existing laws of the State.
