School: that is to say, three from Saint Mary's, and
three from Charles counties, making in the whole the
number of twenty trustees from said counties; which
additional trustees, when so appointed, shall With those
now in office, compose one board, and be entitled to
equal privilege, power and authority, as if the whole
were originally constituted under the act establishing
said institution.,

An act for the benefit of John 0. Handy, Clerk of Wor-
cester County Court.
|

1837,

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That John C. Handy, clerk of Worcester county court,
be and he is hereby authorised and empowered to send
out his fees due for the year eighteen hundred and
thirty-six, for collection and execution, at any time be-
fore the fifteenth-day .'of May next, any thing in any
law to the contrary notwithstanding; provided, that
any sheriff in whose bands fees shall be placed by the
said John C. Handy, for collection, shall be allowed
until the fifteenth day of July next, to deliver the ac-
counts of fees or bills of particulars, to the respective
persons from whom they are due; and to the fifteenth
day of December next, to account for and pay over the
same to the said John C. Handy, or his order,
