CHAP. 112.
Claims annulled

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the said John W.
Cannon, by virtue of his marriage with the said Anne
R. Cannon, shall not be authorised to have or claim any
right, title or interest in the estate, real, personal or
mixed, of the said Anne R. Cannon, that shall be ac-
quired by her after the passage of this act, nor shall
the said Anne R. Cannon be entitled in any manner to
have or claim any right, title or interest in the estate,
real, personal or mixed of the said John W. Cannon,
that shall be acquired by him after the passage of this
act.

An act relating to Madison street in the City of Baltimore.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore may,
and they are hereby authorised, if they shall deem it
right and proper so to do, to set aside the assessment
heretofore made by the commissioners appointed for the
opening of Madison street in said city, and to appoint
a new board of commissioners as directed by the act for
the opening of said street, who shall be clothed with all
the powers of the original board, and may proceed to
assess the benefits and damages as if no action had been
heretofore had upon said subject

An act to authorise Susan R. Dorsey and William H. J,
Dorsey, of St. Mary's County, to bring into this State
certain negroes therein named.

granted

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That from and after the passage of this act it shall and
may be lawful for Clement Dorsey, father and natural
guardian of Susan R. and William H. J. Dorsey, to
bring into this State negro boy, Alexander, the slave
for life of said Susan R. Dorsey, and negro boy, Gil-
