119 ~  11 September 1694 Court convenes; Commissioners present: Francis Jenckins, James Round, Capt. John King, Capt. Arnold Elzey.

 

119 ~  Petition of Elizabeth Murmurenough (no specifics); Court orders summons for John Strawbridge to appear next day at 12 o’clock to answer her complaint; also summon William Hayman, William Cary, Elizabeth Poole, Anne Poole, Thomas Highway as evidences.

 

119 ~  Petition of John Schofield read and fine remitted; ordered to attend Court.
