110 ~  Proclamations for Election of Delegates and Deputies read in Court; Justices arose from bench, freemen voted and majority chose Capt. William Whittington, Matthew Scarbrough, John Bozman, Thomas Dixon; Court reconvenes and adjourns for the day.
