242 ~ Court convenes; Commissioners: Francis Jenckins, Thomas Newbold, James Round, Samuel Hopkins, Edmund Howard, Arnold Elzey.
242 ~ Sarah Whitty, orphan daughter and executrix of Capt. Richard Whitty appears; John Bozman and George Betts, overseers, who had reviewed the account of Whitty’s estate recommend that Sarah and the estate be placed in custody of her brother-in-law, Arnold Elzey; Court so orders.
242 ~ Petition of Richard Varden requests to be released from bond for good behavior placed on him consequent to “a small fray between me and Richard Tull, Jr.” (see f.112); granted.
243 ~ Petition of Richard Hill to be relieved from duties as overseer of Bogaternorten Hundred since he has been lame for most of the year and incapable; Court orders that John Franklin be appointed Overseer.

243 ~ Order to summon Capt. William Coulbourne, Micheal Williams, John White, Bryan Loman, Robert Catlin, for defense of Thomas Williams.
243 ~ Petition of Margarett Towers concerning her son, David Gall, who the Court had assigned to James Barry, tanner, for seven years to be taught tanners trade; Towers says that Barry had abused the boy and sold him to Andrew Whittington; Barry and Whittington are both in Court; Court reassigns the boy to Whittington, requiring that he be taught to read and write, and the tanners trade; David Gall judged to be 10 years of age.

245 ~ Bond on Thomas Williams for £100 pounds for his good behavior; securities Robert Catlin, John Perkins.
245 ~ Affadavit of William Willmott, aged 26, undated; states that in May 1692 Thomas Jones had sent a load of cider to Snow Hill to be sold by Peter Bodkin at 10 lbs/tbco per gallon if possible, but at 8 if not; 200 gallons was sold to James Maynard at 8 lbs/tbco per gallon and put on his boat; Bodkin put the remainder in his store house.
