11 ~  Court convenes; Commissioners present: Francis Jenckins, John Bozman, George Layfield, James Round, John King, Stephen Horsey, Arnold Elzey, Matthew Scarbrough, Samuel Hopkins.

11 ~  William Layton petition to be discharged from bond for good behavior; granted.

11 ~  John Henderson requests payment for 10 days attendance at Court; case of William Henderson vs. Joseph Staton

11 ~  James Round & Samuel Hopkins make bond to perform orders regarding orphan James Drake.

11 ~  Court adjours briefly; reconvenes with Matthew Scarbrough and Samuel Hopkins joining.
