to follow Section 116 and be known as 116A and 116B, to
read as follows:
116A. It shall be unlawful for any person to discharge any
firearm or other explosive on the roadbed of any public high-
way in Baltimore County, without the written permission, of
the County Commissioners of Baltimore County.
116B. Any person violating the provision of this Act shall
be subject, upon conviction, to a fine not exceeding Ten Dollars
for each offense.
