SEC. 6. And be it further enacted. That on or before the
15th day of June, 1916, upon such terms and conditions and
the execution and assurance of satisfactory evidence in writing
as the said County Commissioners may prescribe and deter-
mine there shall be donated to the County Commissioners of
said County the sum of Twenty-five Hundred Dollars ($2500. )
to them, to be applied by them, in addition to the sum of
Twenty-five Thousand Dollars ($25, 000. ) herein provided, for
the said building, improving and relocating of the said public
road leading from Germantown to the public road leading from
Darnestown to Dawsonville from a point in front of the store
of Horace D. Waters to said public road leading from, Darnes-
town to Dawsonville, otherwise this Act to be null and void.
SEC. 7. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1st, 1916.

CHAPTER 471.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 1 of
Chapter 556 of the Acts of the General Assembly of Mary-
land, passed at the January Session, 1890, entitled "An
Act to Regulate and Limit the sum to be paid for public
printing in Kent County. "
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That section one of chapter five hundred and fifty-
six of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland, passed
at the January session, eighteen hundred and ninety, entitled
"An Act to regulate and limit the sum to be paid for public
printing in Kent County, " be and the same, is hereby repealed
and re-enacted so as to read as follows:
Section 2. The County Commissioners of Kent County
shall, thirty days before making their annual levy ask for bids
for printing and publishing all such matters as they may be
required by law to cause to be published in Kent County,
Maryland, in two newspapers, except the public local laws which
may be passed by the General Assembly of Maryland; such
notice asking for bids for said printing shall run for two con-
secutive issues and shall state the date and hour which bids
for such printing will be opened; and the County Commis-
