The Treasurer of said Commission shall give bond in a sum
to be fixed and approved by the Commissioners of St. Michaels.

SEC. 7. That the said Commission shall keep an accurate
account of receipts and disbursements and a record of its pro-
ceedings and report the same to the Commissioners of St.
Michaels every six months, or oftener if demanded by said
Commissioners of St. Michaels.

SEC. 8. That for the purpose of carrying out this Act, the
right to use the streets, avenues, lanes, alleys and ways of the
town of St. Michaels and to plant or contract for the use of
necessary poles thereon is hereby granted to said St. Michaels
Electric Commission.

SEC. 9. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from and after June 1st, 1916.

AN ACT to amend Chapter 833 of the Acts of the General
Assembly of Maryland passed at its session of 1914, title
"An Act to amend the Charter of Preston, by repealing Sec-
tions one to twenty-seven, inclusive, of Chapter 689 of the
Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland for the year
eighteen hundred and ninety-two, being 'An Act to incor-
porate the Town of Preston in Caroline County, ' and all
amendments and additions thereto, except as hereinafter
retained and preserved, and to re-enact the same with amend-
ments, " by adding a new Section thereto to be known as
Section 15 A.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That a new Section be added to Chapter 833 of the
Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland passed at its ses-
sion of 1914, title "An Act to amend the Charter of Preston,
by repealing Sections one to twenty-seven, inclusive, of Chap-
