CHAPTER 48.

AN ACT to authorize the County Commissioners of Harford
County, to levy annually the sum of money for the support
of Harry Tobin, L. Purnell Magness, and David Hoffman.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the County Commissioners of Harford County be and they are
hereby authorized and empowered to levy annually a sum of
money not to exceed One Hundred Dollars ($100. 00) for the
support of Harry Tobin, and a like amount for the support
of L. Purnell Magness, and a like amount for the support oi
David Hoffman, all being residents of said Harford County.

CHAPTER 49.

AN ACT to repeal Chapter 499 of the Acts of the General
Assembly of Maryland of 1906, entitled "An Act to incor-
porate the town of Pittsville, of Wicomico County, Mary-
land. "

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland,, That Chapter 499 of the Acts of the General As-
sembly of Maryland of 1906, entitled "An Act to incorporate
the town of Pittsville, of Wicomico County, Maryland, " be
and the same is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
on June 1, 1916.

CHAPTER 50.

AN ACT to authorize the Mayor and Council of Brunswick,
Frederick County, Maryland, to issue and sell bonds to au
amount of money not exceeding Seventy-five Thousand Dol-
lars ($75, 000), for the purpose of providing payment for
such permanent improvements to the water system of said
town as may be found necessary or desirable, and for the
purpose of building reservoirs, acquiring title to land in
