SEC. 5. And be it enacted, That the funds arising from the
sale of said bonds shall be applied to the payment of the pres-
ent indebtedness of said town growing out of the suit of the
said Josephine Pryor and other indebtedness of said town and
to the payment for improvements hereafter to be made in and
to said town, at the direction of the President and Com-
missioners of said Chesapeake City.

CHAPTER 47.
AN ACT authorizing the County Commissioners of Prince
George's County to refund to Emil Becker, Manager, Lord
Baltimore Country Club, the sum of Three Hundred
Thirty-eight Dollars and Thirty-three Cents ($338. 33) for
liquor license paid and not used on account of the use of
said liquor license being enjoined by the Circuit Court for
Prince George's County.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the County Commissioners of Prince George's
County be and they are hereby authorized and directed to pay
to Emil Becker, Manager, Lord Baltimore Country Club, the
sum of Three Hundred Thirty-eight Dollars and Thirty-three
Cents, being the amount paid by the said Emil Becker, for a
license to sell liquor at Riverdale, Prince George's County,
Maryland, which said liquor license was issued to the said
Emil Becker by the Board of Liquor License Commissioners,
for the period from the first of May, 1914, to the first day of
May, 1915, and before the said Emil Becker used said license
the use of same was enjoined by the Circuit Court for Prince
George's County, in Equity No. 4440.
