said Board of County School Commissioners shall devote said
money to the building of that one of said schoolhouses, which
in their judgment is most needed.

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That all Acts or parte
of Acts inconsistent herewith, be and the same are hereby re-
pealed.

SEC. 4. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from and after the first day of June, in the year 1916.

CHAPTER 437.

ACT to authorize the Board of County School Commis-
sioners of Anne Arundel County to borrow money on the
credit of Anne Arundel County to erect, heat and furnish
annexes or additions to the following public schools in said
County: School 13, District 3; School 2, District 3; School
15, District 3; School 4, District 3; School 6, District 3;
School 7, District 3; School 1, District 3; School 4, Dis-
trict 1; School 10, District 4; School 2, District 5.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the Board of County School Commissioners
of Anne Arundel County, f or. the purpose of erecting, heating
, and furnishing annexes or additions to the following public
school buildings in Anne Arundel County, namely, School 13,
District 3; School 2, District 3; School 15, District 3; School
4, District 3; School 6, District 3; School 7, District 3;
School 1, District 3; School 4, District 1; School 10, District
4; School 2, District 5, be. and they are hereby authorized and
directed to borrow, on the endorsement of the County Commis-
sioners of Anne Arundel County, who are hereby authorized and
directed to endorse said bonds, on the credit of said County, an
amount not exceeding the sum of Six Thousand ($6, 000. 00)
Dollars, and to issue coupon bonds therefor in sums of Three
Hundred Dollars ($300. ) each, to be signed by the President
of said Board of County School Commissioners of Anne Arun-
del County and countersigned by the Treasurer of said Board,
with the seal of said Board attached, and said bonds shall
bear interest at the rate of 5 per cent, per annum, payable
semi-annually on the first day of June and December in each
