purchasing, procuring, protecting and propagating game in
Baltimore County. The chief game warden for Baltimore
County may be removed at any time by the County Commis-
sioners of Baltimore County, after it shall have been affirma-
tively made to appear upon written charges, preferred at least
ten days prior to the hearing thereon, that said chief game
warden has neglected or improperly discharged the duties of
his office. And the chief game warden for Baltimore County
so appointed shall, before entering upon the duties of his office,
take and subscribe before an officer empowered under the law
of this State to take or receive affidavits in Baltimore County
the oath or affirmation prescribed by the sixth Section of the
First Article of the Constitution of this State.

CHAPTER 422.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact Sections 11 and 12 of Chapter
274 of the Acts of 1906 of the General Assembly of Mary-
land, entitled "An Act to Incorporate the United Patriotic
Home for Protestant Orphan Children of Maryland. "

SECTION 1. Be it enacted fey the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sections 11 and 12 of Chapter 274 of the
Acts of 1906 of the General Assembly of Maryland, be and
the same are hereby repealed and re-enacted as follows:

Section 11. And be it enacted, That the estate and con-
cerns of said corporation shall be managed and conducted by a
board of managers, consisting of not less than fifteen nor more
than twenty-five members to be elected by the members of said
corporation, five of whom to serve until the second Tuesday
of October, 1920, five of whom to serve until the second Tues-
day of October, 1919, five of whom to serve until the second
Tuesday of October, 1918, five of whom to serve until the sec-
ond Tuesday of October, 1917, and five of whom to serve until
the second Tuesday of October, 1916, and thereafter five mem-
bers of said board of managers are to be elected annually by
the members of said corporation.

Section 12. And be it enacted, That the members of said
corporation shall assemble on the second Tuesday of October
annually at such place and time in the City of Baltimore as
