consideration to lessees or purchasers thereof for the purpose
of erecting and maintaining buildings thereon, provided, that
nothing herein contained shall authorize and empower the said
County Commissioners to lease or convey any portion of the
said public lot except such portion or portions as shall be
designated by the said Building Committee as not being needed
for the public use.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That the said County
Commissioners shall include in any agreement, lease or deed for
the said lots, conditions setting forth the kind, style and char-
acter of the buildings to be erected and maintained on the said
grounds the location of the same and the purposes for which
they may be used by the said lessees, grantee or their assigns,
and subject to such terms and limitations as may be provided
therein.

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That the said County
Commissioners are hereby authorized, empowered and directed
to require the lessees of all buildings now located on and occupy-
ing ground on the said lot which is needed for the public use to
remove the same within such reasonable time as the said County
Commissioners shall determine.

SEC. 4. And be it further enacted, That all money received
from the lease or sale of the said lots shall be applied to the
improvement and maintenance of the Court House Lot so far as
the same may be needed, or to such, other county purposes as
may be fixed and determined upon by the County Commissioners
of Calvert County and the Court House Building Committee of
Calvert County.

CHAPTER 40.

AN ACT authorizing and directing the County Commissioners
of Montgomery County to issue bonds to an amount not to
exceed Ten Thousand Dollars ($10, 000), for the purpose of
building and improving the public road from the State Road
near Glenmont to Northwest Branch, known as the Kemp
Mill-Colesville road; and to further issue bonds not to ex-
ceed the sum of Fourteen Thousand Dollars ($14, 000). for
the purpose of building and improving the public road from
