CHAPTER 396.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 86
of Article 39 of the Code of Public General Laws of Mary-
land, title "Fish and Fisheries. "
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 86 of Article 39 of the Code of Public
General Laws of Maryland, title "Fish and Fisheries, " be re-
pealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:
Section 86. All acts and parts of acts, and all sections and
parts of sections of the code, both of general and local laws, and
all amendments of and additions and supplements thereto, now
in force in the State of Maryland, inconsistent with the provi-
sions of sections 78 to 86, with the exception only of Chapter
427 of the acts of the general assembly of Maryland, passed at
the session of 1896, are hereby repealed.
SEC. II. And be it enacted, That this act shall ^ake effect
on the first day of June nineteen hundred and sixteen.

CHAPTER 397.
AN ACT to repeal sections 1; 2, 3, 4, 4A, 4B, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9,
10, and 11 of Article 45A as the same are numbered and
set forth -in the Annotated Code of Maryland as legalized
by Chapter 21 of the Acts of 1912 and Chapter 16 of the
Acts of 1914, of the General Assembly of Maryland, title
"Immigration, " sub-title "Bureau of Immigration. "
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 4A, 4B, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, and 11
of Article 45A as the same are numbered and set forth in the
Annotated Code of Maryland as legalized by Chapter 21 of the
Acts of 1912 and Chapter 16 of the Acts of 1914 of the Gen-
eral Assembly of Maryland, title "Immigration, " sub-title
