EMERSON C. HARRINGTON, GOVERNOR. 763

Columbia, in Block 6 of Manning Heights, which are con-
veyed by a certain Roger I. Manning, and a certain R. L.
Manning, executors of the estate of the late Eva M. Edelon,
to the Vestry of St. John's Parish in Prince George and
Charles Counties, in the State of Maryland, by a deed dated
the 13th day of November, 1915, and duly recorded in Liber
No. 3836, folio 417, et seq., one of the Land Records of the
District of Columbia, on December 2nd, 1915.

(85) To the following deeds to "The Trustees of the Pres-
byterian Church at Takoma Park, of Montgomery County, "
a body corporate, duly incorporated under the laws of the State
of Maryland, and the holding, selling, mortgaging or otherwise
disposing of the parcels of real estate thereby conveyed, name

ly:

a. Deed from Theodore S. Wynkoop and others, dated
October 9th, 1893, recorded October 10th, 1893, in Liber J. A.
No. 40, folio 207, et seq., one of the Land Records of Mont-
gomery County, State of Maryland.

b. Deed from Charles W. Smiley, dated October 31st,
1910, recorded November 12th, 1910, in Liber 216, folio 229
et seq., one of the Land Records of said Montgomery County,

c. Deed to the same corporation by the name "The Presby-
terian Church at Takoma Park of Montgomery County, Mary-
land, " from Warner A. Childs and wife, dated October 13th,
1898, recorded October 26th, 1898, in Liber T. D. No. 6, folio
133 et seq., one of the Land Records of said Montgomery
County.

(86) To the deed and gift from Margaret E. Maund, un-
married, to the Trustees of the Methodist Episcopal Church
of the Fayette Street Station in the City of Baltimore, a body
corporate, which deed is dated the 24th of January, 1834, and
recorded among the Land Records of the City of Baltimore in
Liber T. K. No. 234, folio 243, &c.

(87) To the deed dated the 18th of December, 1900, and
recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber
R. O. No. 1880, folio 237, etc., from the Trustees of the Meth-
odist Episcopal Church of the Fayette Street Station in the
City of Baltimore, a body corporate, duly incorporated, to the
German Evangelical Lutheran Jehovah Church of Baltimore
City, a body corporate.

(88) To make valid two deeds from the Roland Park
Company to the Associated Professors of Loyola College in
the City of Baltimore, one deed dated November 7th, 1914,
