of Maryland, deceased, to the Trustees of the Pipe Creek Ger-
man Baptist Church near Uniontown, in Carroll County,
Maryland, said will of record in the office of the Register of
Wills in Carroll County, Liber W. A. No. 11, Folio 511,

(21) To the bequest of two hundred dollars contained in
the last will and testament of Sarah A. Reck, to the Trustees
of Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, of Taneytown, Car-
roll County, State of Maryland, which will is now of record
in the Office of the Register of Wills for Carroll County in
this State.

(22) To the gift, bequest and devise contained in the last
will and testament of Shadrik Mitchell, late of Talbot County,
Maryland, deceased, to the Bible School at the Mount of Bless-
ings at Cincinnati, Ohio, said will dated December 20th, 1902,
and duly admitted to probate in the Orphans' Court for Tal-
bot County.

(23) To the bequest of two hundred dollars to William

F. Miller, Treasurer of St. Matthew's German Evangelical

Lutheran Congregation, as the said bequest is contained in the

last will and testament of Louisa Kohler, late of Baltimore

City, deceased, said will now of. record in the Office of the

Register of Wills of Baltimore City, Maryland.

(24) To the sale, grant and conveyance to the Vestry of
Mt. Calvary Church, Baltimore, a religious corporation, to
the conveyance made by Samuel C. Chew, Executor of the last
will and testament of Eleanor E. Peregoy, deceased, of the
property lying in the City of Baltimore and known as 1003-5-
7-9 & 11 Boyd St., which property is more particularly de-
scribed in a deed from the said Samuel C. Chew, Executor, as
aforesaid, to the said The Vestry of Mt. Calvary Church, Bal-
timore, dated the 19th day of October, 1914, and recorded
among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L.
2935, Folio 429.

(25) To the sale, grant and deed to the First Methodist
Episcopal Church South of Hyattsville, a body corporate, of
a deed from Diller F. Groff and Nettie M. Groff, his wife,
being lots numbered 8, 9 and 10 in Block lettered "Q" in Wine
and Johnson's Second Addition to the town of. Hyattsville, as
per plat of said subdivision, recorded in Liber J. W. B. No. 2,
Folio 618, one of the Land Records of said Prince George's
County, State of Maryland.

(26) To the sale, grant and conveyance by Joseph Clen-
denin and wife to the Arlington Presbyterian Church, at Ar-
