EMERSON C. HARRINGTON, GOVERNOR. 725

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Charles S. Sutherland be reimbursed in the
sum of sixty-four dollars ($64. ) paid by him to the State
Insurance Commissioner for a State Insurance Broker's Li-
cense which he has not used.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That the Comptroller
of the State be and he is hereby directed to draw his warrant
on the State Treasurer for the sum of sixty-four dollars ($64. )
in favor of the said Charles S. Sutherland.

CHAPTER 350.

AN ACT to authorize the Board of Managers or Governing
Body of Crownsville State Hospital, to 'purchase timber
land or other farm land for the purpose of enlarging the
lands of said Institution, for drainage purposes, and for
giving work to the inmates of said institution.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the Board of Managers or Governing Body of
Crownsville State Hospital are hereby fully authorized to
purchase timber land or other farm land adjacent to the land
of the said Crownsville State Hospital or in the vicinity of the
same, for the purpose of enlarging the holdings of said Crowns-
ville State Hospital and of giving work to the inmates thereof,
and for drainage purposes, upon such terms as to payment of
the same as they may deem proper and at such prices as they
may consider fair; and they are further authorized to purchase
timber land, and after cutting the timber or wood therefrom
for the benefit of the Crownsville State Hospital to sell the
same should they decide not to hold the said land.
