CHAPTER 344.
AN ACT to authorize and direct the Comptroller of the State
Treasury to refund to Quinn Sterling, money paid by him
by mistake for Fishery License for 1914.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the Comptroller of the Treasury be, and he
is hereby authorized and directed to draw his warrant upon the
State Treasury in favor of Quinn Sterling for the sum of Five
Dollars and Fifty Cents ($5. 50), being the amount of money
paid by the said Quinn Sterling into the State Treasury by
mistake for Fishery License for 1914.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 345.
AN ACT to authorize and direct the Comptroller of the State
Treasury to refund to George E. Tyler, money paid by him
by mistake for Fishery License for 1914.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the Comptroller of the Treasury be and he is
hereby authorized and directed to draw his warrant upon the
State Treasury in favor of George E. Tyler, for the sum of
Eleven Dollars and Forty Cents ($11. 40), being the amount
of money paid by the said George E. Tyler, into the State
Treasury by mistake for Fishery License for 1914.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 346.
AN ACT to authorize the State Roads Commission of Mary-
land to relocate, widen and improve a section of the Harford
Road in Baltimore County and providing the procedure
therefor and for the assessments and benefits of damages
resulting from such relocation, improvement and widening.
