SECTION 1. Be it enacted, by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 2 of the Acts of the General Assembly
of Maryland passed at its November session, 1807, known as
Chapter 110, and entitled "An Act to incorporate the con-
tributors to the Baltimore General Dispensary, " be and the
same is hereby repealed and re-enacted with amendments to
read as follows:
Section 2. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the contributors to the Baltimore General Dispen-
sary, as well as those who shall hereafter become contributors,
shall be and they are hereby created and made a corporation
and body politic forever hereafter by the name, style and title
of "The President and Managers of the Baltimore General
Dispensary, " and by that name shall have succession and be
capable in law of purchasing, holding, selling, leasing and
conveying land, tenements, goods and chattels, and other prop-
erty, real, personal and mixed, and to sue and be sued, plead
and be impleaded, and to make, have and use a common seal,
and the same to break, alter and renew at pleasure, and gen-
erally to do all acts and things which may be necessary to
carry into effect the provisions of this Charter.

CHAPTER 343.
AN ACT to amend Article 23 of Bagby's Annotated Code of
Public General Laws of Maryland, by repealing and re-
enacting with amendments Sections 231 and 234 thereof,
as amended by Chapter 824 of the Acts of the General As-
sembly of Maryland, Session of 1912, entitled "An Act for
the regulation and control of Fraternal Beneficiary Asso-
ciations, and to repeal Sections 210 to 226, both inclusive,
of the Code of Public General Laws of Maryland, title ' Cor-
porations, ' sub-title 'Fraternal Beneficiary Associations, '
revision of 1904"; and by adding three new sections to said
Article 23 to be known as Sections 244-F-1, 244-F-2, and
244-L-1, said sections 244-F-1 and 244-F-2 to follow im-
mediately after Section 244-F, and said Section 244-L-1 to
follow immediately after Section 244-L.
