SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the State Roads Commission is hereby author-
ized to construct or improve the County Road forming the
unimproved connecting roadway, of about one and one-half
miles, between Roberson's Corner in Cecil County and the
Pennsylvania Line.
SEC. 2. Be it further enacted, That said Roads Commis-
sion is hereby authorized to construct said road out of monies
due Cecil County for road building from State apportionments
or otherwise, or so much thereof as may be necessary in build-
ing the above-named highway.
SEC. 3. Be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1st, 1916.

AN ACT to repeal Sections 1 to 28, inclusive, and Sections 43
and 45 of Article 58, as the same are numbered and set
forth in the Annotated Code of Maryland, as legalized by
Chapter 21 of the Acts of 1912 and Chapter 16 of the Acts
of 1914, of the General Assembly of Maryland, title "Live
Stock, " and re-enact the same with amendments, and to add
to said Article 58 of said Code one new Section to follow
Section 28 and to be known as Section 28A, providing for
the transfer of the duties of the State Live Stock Sanitary
Board to the Maryland State Board of Agriculture.

and 45 of Article 58, as the same are numbered and set forth
in the Annotated Code of Maryland, as legalized by Chapter
