sections of this Act, may at any time within ten days from the
rendition thereof, appeal from such judgment to the Circuit
Court for Harford County.
SEC. 46. All fines which may be collected under the pro-
visions of the preceding sections of this Act shall be paid in
full to the informer or informers or person or persons securing
the conviction of the party or parties violating any of the pro-
visions of said Act, except when the information and convic-
tion ia procured by the Chief Game Warden of Harford County,
and in that event the Chief Game Warden shall account to the
Clerk of the Circuit Court for Harford County for such fines
in the same manner as he does for the license fees, and the said
fines so collected shall be expended for the same purposes as
the receipts from the license fees aforesaid.

CHAPTER 308.
AN ACT authorizing the State Roads Commission of Maryland
to take over and include in the State Roads System the pub-
lic road leading from Aberdeen, in Harford County, to
Cowenton, in Baltimore County, known as the Philadelphia
Post Road.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the State Roads Commission of Maryland may
take over and include in its system the public road leading from
Aberdeen, in Harford County, to Cowenton, in Baltimore
County, known as the Philadelphia Post Road; provided, that
the said road shall be maintained and kept up by the authori-
ties in charge thereof at present, until the State Roads Commis-
sion shall commence the construction thereof as a State Road
and until such time there shall be no obligation upon the Com-
mission to maintain said road.

AN ACT to repeal Sections 9 to 49 (both inclusive) of Article
48 as the same are numbered and set forth in the Annotated
Code of Maryland as legalized by Chapter 21, of the Acts
