fourth day of December to the tenth day of November following
of each and every year in Allegany County; provided, however,
that the closed season for squirrels shall be from the twenty-
fourth day of December to the fifteenth day of September fol-
lowing, of each and every year in Allegany County.

SEC. 12-B. And be it further enacted, That no person or
persons shall expose for sale, sell alive or dead, any of the above-
mentioned game at any time in Allegany County. This Section,
does not apply to rabbits, nor shall anything in this Section,
nor the Section above, be construed so as to prevent any per-
son or corporation from purchasing or having in its or his pos-
session, any live birds or game animals for the purpose of pro-,
pagation, or of stocking lands in this County, nor shall this
Section apply to any licensed hunter in Allegany County who
shall have game in his possession that was killed by him in the
lawful season of another County, or of another State, provided
said person has a license in said County, or said State, to kill
said game, and has a right under the laws of said County
or State in which said game was killed to bring game from said
County or said State, and provided that said licensed hunter
notifies in writing, the Secretary of the Board of Game Wardens
of Allegany County, on the date after he returns from said
County or said State, that he brought into Allegany County cer-
tain game, a list of which must be furnished in said statement,
also the name of the County or State where said game was
killed, which statement must also give the number of the license
issued him by the said County or said State in which the said
game was killed.,

SEC. 12-C. And be it further enacted, That in Allegany
County it shall be unlawful for any person or persons, know-
ingly and unnecessarily, to destroy or disturb the nests, eggs or
young of the birds mentioned in this Act.

SEC. 13-A. And be it further enacted, That it shall be un-.
lawful, for any person or persons to hunt, catch, kill, disturb,
pursue, injure, shoot or have in his or her possession any part-
ridge or quail, wild turkey, rabbit or hare, American pheasant,
English pheasant, Chinese pheasant, Mongolian pheasant, ring
neck pheasant, ruffled grouse, woodcock, squirrel, or deer, wild
duck, wild goose, wild swan, or wild Brant, possum or raccoon,
in Allegany County, without first having obtained from the
Clerk of the Circuit Court for Allegany County a license, per-
mitting the person named therein to so hunt, take, catch, kill,
