County, and to enact additional Sections to Article 1 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Allegany
County, " sub-title "Birds and Game, " said additional Sec-
tions to be known as Sections 12-A, 12-B, 12-C, 13-A, 13-B,
13-C, 14-B, 15-A, 15-B, 15-C, 15-D, 15-E, 15-F, 15-G,
15-H, 15-1, 15-J, 15-K, 16-D, 16-E, 17-B and 18-A, to pro-
tect the game of Allegany County, and to provide further,
by means of an annual shooting license, for the payment. of
the expenses of protecting and propagating game, and for
the election by the licensed hunters of Allegany County of
a Board of Game Wardens, whose salaries and expenses are
to be paid out of said fund, and to make a re-disposition of
the fines collected.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 12, 13, 14, 14-A, 16, 16-A, 16-B, 16-C, 17
and 17-A of Article 1 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland, title "Allegany County, " sub-title "Birds and
Game, " as enacted by Chapter 616 of the Acts of 1910, and
Sections 15, 20, 21 and 22 of Article 1 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland, title "Allegany County, " sub-title
"Birds and Game, " as enacted by Chapter 276 of the Acts of
1902, and Sections 99-C and 99-D of Article I of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland, title '' Allegany County, '' sub-
title "Deer, " and Sections 20 to 41, inclusive, of Article 99
of the Code of Public General Laws of Maryland, title "Wild
Fowl, Birds and Game, " so far as the same relates to Allegany
County, all be and the same are all hereby repealed, and addi-
tional Sections to said Article 1 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland, title "Allegany County, " sub-title "Birds
and Game. " said additional Sections to be known as Sections
12-A, 12-B, 12-C, 13-A, 13-B, 13-C, 14-B, 15-A, 15-B, 15-C,
15-D, 15-E, 15-F, 15-G, 15-H, 15-1, 15-J, 15-K, 16-D, 16-E,
17-B-and 18-A, be and the same are hereby added to Article I,
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Allegany
County, " sub-title "Birds and Game, " and to read as follows:

SEC. 12-A. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That it shall be unlawful for any person or persons, either
with or without a license, as provided for hereinafter in this
Act, to shoot or hunt, or in any manner catch, kill, destroy or
have in his or her possession, living or dead, any partridge,
or quail, wild turkey, rabbit or hare, American pheasant, En-
glish pheasant, Chinese pheasant, Mongolian pheasant, ring neck
pheasant, ruffled grouse, woodcock, or deer from the twenty-
