of interest thereon, as in said Chapter No. 829 of the Acts of
1914 of the General Assembly of Maryland provided.

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That the Mayor and
Town Council of the Town of Kensington be and they are here-
by authorized to make from time to time such extensions to
said water and sewer system within said town as in their judg-
ment may seem fit and proper, issue certificates of indebtedness
in payment therefor, the same bearing interest at not more than
six per cent, per annum, provide for the redemption of the same
and the payment of interest, said indebtedness to be fully paid,
and the evidence thereof redeemed, within ten years from the
date of issuance of said certificates; and annually to assess, levy
and collect a tax to pay for the redemption of said certificates,
and interest as due, in the same manner as provided for and
by said Chapter No. 829 of the Acts of the General Assembly of
Maryland of 1914.

CHAPTER 242.

AN ACT to repeal Sections 94, 95, 96r97, 98, 99, 100 and 101
of the Code of Public General Laws of Maryland, title
"Health, " and to re-enact the same with amendments.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 94 of Article 43 of the Code of Public Gen-
eral Laws of Maryland, title "Health, " be and the same is
hereby. repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That Sections 95, 96, 97, 98, 99, 100 and 101,
of the Code of Public General Laws of Maryland, be and the
same are hereby repealed, and certain new Sections enacted in
lieu thereof, to be known as Sections 94, 95, 96, 97 and 98,
and to read as follows:

SEC. 94. Whenever any hotel keeper, keeper of a boarding
house, lodging house, superintendent, manager or director of a
hospital or private or public institution of any kind shall know
or shall have reason to believe that any guest, inmate, or other
person in the hotel, boarding house, lodging house, or institu-
tion of which he or she may have control or supervision, or on
