of the Comptroller to the County Commissioners of Prince
George's County upon bills duly approved by the said County
Commissioners, and that the County Commissioners of Prince
George's County be directed to appoint a physician from each
election district of said, county whose certificate will be hon-
ored, said hospitals not to exceed the said amount.
Hospitals—Special.
81. To the County Commissioners of Allegany County,
Maryland, for the support and maintenance at Sylvan Retreat
of Dependent Insane Persons, the sum of seven thousand dol-
lars, or so much thereof as may be necessary for the fiscal year
1917. and the like sum of- seven thousand dollars or so much
thereof as may be necessary for the fiscal year 1918; said
amount to make up the difference between one hundred dollars
per year for each patient maintained for a year in said Sylvan
Retreat, and the actual cost of maintaining them as shown by
vouchers to be submitted to and approved by the State Lunacy
Commission.
82. To the Baltimore Eye, Ear and Throat Charity Hos-
pital, the sum of eight thousand dollars for the fiscal year 1917,
and the like sum of eight thousand dollars for the fiscal year
1918.
83. To the Children's Hospital School, the sum of five
thousand dollars for the fiscal year 1917, and the like sum
of five thousand dollars for the fiscal year 1918.
84. To the Hospital for Consumptives of Maryland, the
sum of twenty-five thousand dollars for the fiscal year 1917,
and the like sum of twenty-five thousand dollars for the fiscal
year 1918.
85. To the James Lawrence Kernan Hospital and Indus-
trial School of Maryland for Crippled Children, the sum of
ten thousand dollars for the fiscal year 1917, and the like sum
of ten thousand dollars for the fiscal year 1918.
86. To the Jewish Home for Consumptives of Baltimore
City, the sum of six thousand five hundred dollars for the fiscal
year 1917, and the like sum of six thousand five hundred dol-
lars for the fiscal year 1918. .
87. To the Skin and Cancer Hospital of Baltimore City,
the sum of two thousand dollars for the fiscal year 1917, and
the like sum of two thousand dollars for the fiscal year 1918.
88. To the South Baltimore Eye, Ear, Nose and Throat
Charity Hospital, the sum of four thousand dollars for the
