Episcopal Church, Washington Conference (Colored), the sum
of five hundred dollars for the fiscal year 1917, and the like
sum of five hundred dollars for the fiscal year 1918.

Dispensaries.

46. To the Baltimore General Dispensary, the sum of seven
hundred and fifty dollars for the fiscal year 1917, and the like
sum of seven hundred and fifty dollars for the fiscal year 1918.

47. To the Northeastern Dispensary of the City of Balti-
more, the sum of seven hundred and fifty dollars for the fiscal
year 1017, and the like sum of seven hundred and fifty dollars
for the fiscal year 1918.

Placing-Out Agencies.

48. To the Henry Watson Children's Aid Society, the sum
of fifteen hundred dollars for the fiscal year 1917, and the like
sum of fifteen hundred dollars for the fiscal year 1918.

49. To the Maryland Society to Protect Children from
Cruelty and Immorality, the sum of fifteen hundred dollars
for the fiscal year 1917, and the like sum of fifteen hundred
dollars for the fiscal year 1918.

General Hospitals.

50. To the Annapolis Emergency Hospital, the sum of
eight thousand dollars for the fiscal year 1917, and the like
sum of eight thousand dollars for the fiscal year 1918.

52. To the Emergency Hospital of Easton, the sum of eight
thousand dollars for the fiscal year 1917, and the like sum of
eight thousand dollars for the fiscal year 1918.

53. To the Franklin Square Hospital, the sum of seven
thousand dollars for the fiscal year 1917, and the like sum of
seven thousand dollars for the fiscal year 1918, upon the con-
dition that the said Hospital receive from each County in the
State and from each legislative district of Baltimore City, one
free patient at a time each year upon the certificate of the
County Commissioners of each County and the Board of
Health of Baltimore City.
