22. To the Oblate Sisters of Providence for the St. Frances'
Orphan Asylum, the sum of seven hundred and fifty dollars
for the fiscal year 1917, and the sum of seven hundred and
fifty dollars for the fiscal year 1918.

23. To the St. Anthony's Orphan Asylum, the sum of
twelve hundred and fifty dollars for the fiscal year 1917, and
the like sum of twelve hundred and fifty dollars for the fiscal

Little Colored Children, the sum of four thousand dollars for
the fiscal year 1917, and the like sum of four thousand dollars
