trict to sit at Towson as a committing magistrate; one Justice
of the Peace from the Twelfth Election District to sit at the
station house at Canton, in said district; and two Justices of
the Peace appointed from the Thirteenth Election District to
sit at the station house at Mt. Winans and St. Denis, respec-
tively, in said Thirteenth Election District; said Justices so
selected from the First Election District to sit at the station
house at Catonsville shall keep his office at the station house
for which he was appointed, and shall attend said station
house every day (Sunday excepted), at such hours and times
as his duties may require, or as he may be required to by the
County Commissioners or by the State's Attorney for Balti-
more County; said Justice so selected from the Twelfth Elec-
tion District, to sit at the station house at Canton, shall keep
his office at said station house, and shall attend at said station
house every day (Sunday excepted), at least from the hours
of 7: 30 o'clock A. M. until 9: 30 o'clock A. M. and from 4
o'clock P. M. until 6 o'clock P. M., and shall also attend at said
station house on Sundays, when necessary, from the hours of
9: 00 A. M. until 12: 00 M., and shall also attend at his
said station house at such other hours and times as his
duties may require, or as he may be required to so do by
the County Commissioners or the State's Attorney for
Baltimore County; said Justice of the Peace so selected
from the Ninth Election District to sit at his office at Tow-
son, in said District, and shall keep, his office open every
day (Sunday excepted) at such hours and times as his duties
may require, or as he may be required to do by the County
Commissioners or the State's Attorney for Baltimore County;
and each of said Justices so selected from the Thirteenth Elec-
tion District to sit at the station house at Mount Winans and
St. Denis, respectively, in said district, shall keep his office at
the station house for which he was appointed, and shall attend
said station house every day (Sunday excepted) at such hours
as he may be required to do by the County Commissioners or
by the State's Attorney for Baltimore County; and the said
Justice so selected from the Fourteenth Election District to
sit at the station house at Gardenville, in said district, shall
keep his office at the station house for which he was appointed,
and shall attend said station house every day (Sunday ex-
cepted) at such hours and times as his duties may require, or
as he may be required to do by the County Commissioners of
Baltimore County or by the State's Attorney for Baltimore
County; when any such Justice appointed to sit at Towson or
