Mount Rainier; Funkhouser & Marshall's Sub-division; the
Yost Farm and Harricliff; and the boundaries thereof shall be
on the south the southern right of way of the Baltimore &
Ohio Railroad, on the east the eastern boundary of the town
from the Baltimore & Ohio Railroad to the boundary line be-
tween Mount Rainier and Brentwood, on the north the boun-
dary line of the town to Cedar Lane and a line from the east
side of Cedar Lane to the center of Cedar Lane, and on the
west the center line of Cedar Lane, the center line of Bunker
Hill Road, the center line of Thirty-fourth Street, and the Dis-
trict of Columbia.

Second Ward: The second ward shall embrace the sub-divi-
sions of Edgemont; Rogers' Second Addition to Mount Rain-
ier; and that part of Pickford's sub-division within the town
limits; and the boundaries thereof shall be on the east the
center line of Thirty-fourth Street, on the north the center line
of Bunker Hill Road, and on the southwest the District of
Columbia.

Third Ward: The third ward shall consist of Mount Rai-
nier sub-division and the boundaries thereof shall be on the
east the center of Cedar Lane north to a point opposite the
dividing line between Mount Rainier and Brentwood, then
across Cedar Lane to the east right of way thereof and the
east right of way of Cedar Lane, the south side of Dewey
Street, the east side of Thirty-fourth Street; on the north the
northwestern right of way of Grape Street; on the west the
dividing line between Mount Rainier Sub-division and Rogers'
First Addition to Mount Rainier; and on the south the center
of Bunker Hill Road.

Fourth Ward: The fourth ward shall consist of Rogers'
First Addition to Mount Rainier, and the boundaries thereof
shall be, on the north the northwestern right of way of Grape
Street; on the west the western boundary of Rogers' First
Addition to Mount Rainier, and the District of Columbia; on
the south the center of the Bunker Hill Road; and on the east
the dividing line between Mount Rainier and Rogers' Addition
to Mount Rainier.

Government.

Section 4. And be it further enacted, That the government
of said town shall be vested in a Mayor and four Councilmen,
the latter to be resident one in each of the four wards of the
said town, and the said Mayor and Councilmen to be elected
as hereinafter provided.
