SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That all Acts or parts
of Acts so far as the same or any of the same may conflict or
be inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, be and the same
are hereby repealed.

CHAPTER 195.
AN ACT to add one new section to Article 23 of the Code of
Public General Laws of Maryland of 1914, title "Corpora-
tions, " sub-title "Insurance Department, " to follow Section
154J of this Article and to be known as Section 154K and
designed to exempt Mutual Associations such as are de-
scribed in Sections 154A-B-C-D-E-F-G and H of this Arti-
cle from the payment of the license fee provided in Section
189 of Article 23 of the Public General Laws of Maryland
of 1910.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That a new section be and the same is hereby added
to Article 23 of the Code of Public General Laws of Maryland
of 1910, title "Corporations, " sub-title "Insurance Depart-
ment, " said section to follow Section 154J and to be designated
as Section 154K and to read as follows:
Section 154K. Any such association formed under the pro-
visions of Sections 154A-B-C-D-E-F-G and H of Article 23 of
the Code of Public General Laws of Maryland of 1914 shall
be exempt from the payment of the license fee provided in
Section 189 of Article 23 of the Code of Public General Laws
of Maryland of 1910.

AN ACT to authorize The Mayor and Commissioners of West-
ernport in Allegany County to borrow money upon the faith
and credit of said corporation and to issue coupon bonds
therefor for an amount not exceeding twenty thousand dol-
lars ($20, 000. 00) for the purpose of paying off the floating
debt of said corporation and for the purpose of extending
