no part of the proceeds of said notes shall be paid out by the
school treasurer, except on warrant of said building committee.
SEC. 7. And be it further enacted, That this act shall take
effect from the first day of June, 1916.

CHAPTER 193.
AN ACT authorizing and directing the County Commissioners
of Montgomery County to issue bonds to an amount not to
exceed Fifteen Thousand ($15, 000. 00) Dollars, for the pur-
pose of building, improving and relocating the public road
from Darnestown to Seneca Mill, a distance of about three
and one-half (3 1/2) miles, provided that certain donations
be made, as hereinafter provided, to the said County Com-
missioners to be applied by them for the purposes herein;
and to collect and levy taxes in the Sixth Election District
of said County for the payment of said bonds and interest
coupons thereon; provided further that the said issue of
bonds be authorized by the registered and qualified voters
of the Sixth Election District at an election to be held in
the manner prescribed by the Board of County Commis-
sioners, if in their judgment such election be to the public
interest.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the County Commissioners of Montgomery
County be and they are hereby authorized and directed to issue
bonds in an amount not to exceed Fifteen Thousand ($15, -
000. 00) Dollars for the purpose of building, improving and
relocating the public road from Darnestown to Seneca Mill
within the Sixth Election District in Montgomery County; and
to levy and collect taxes in said Sixth Election District of said
County for the payment of said bonds and the interest coupons
thereon as hereinafter stated.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That the said County
Commissioners of Montgomery County be and they are hereby
directed to borrow on the credit of the said county a sum not
to exceed Fifteen Thousand ($15, 000. 00) Dollars for the pur-
pose of building, improving and relocating the public road
from Darnestown to Seneca Mill, a distance of three and one-
