CHAPTER 190.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 3
of Chapter 425 of the Acts of the General Assembly of
Maryland of 1910, entitled "An Act to fix the number and
to limit and determine the term of office of the County Com-
missioners for Queen Anne's County, that shall hereafter be
elected or appointed, to perpetuate the succession to said
office; to fix the compensation therefor, and to repeal all
acts or parts of acts so far as the same are inconsistent with
the provisions of this Act.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Ma/ryland, That Section 3 of the Acts of the General Assembly
of Maryland of 1910, Chapter 425, be, and the same is hereby
repealed and re-enacted with amendments, to read as follows:
Section 3. That the County Commissioners for Queen
Anne's County shall meet as often as they may deem neces-
sary; provided, that they shall hold not less than one meeting
in each week, and each of said County Commissioners shall
receive for his services Five Dollars for each meeting he shall
attend, and mileage as is now allowed by law; provided that
no County Commissioner shall receive in any one year as com-
pensation for his services a sum exceeding Five Hundred Dol-
lars.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
on the first day of June, nineteen hundred and sixteen.
