CHAPTER 119.

AN ACT legalizing the Revised Charter, of Baltimore City,
compiled under the direction of S. S. Field, City Solicitor,
by Henry W. Weeks, for fifteen years Clerk of the Law
Department of Baltimore City.

SECTION 1. Ble it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the Revised Charter of Baltimore City, compiled
in 1915 under the direction of S. S. Field, City Solicitor, by
Henry W. Weeks, for fifteen years Clerk of the Law Depart-
ment of Baltimore City, be, and the same is hereby legalized,
and shall be deemed and taken in all the courts of the State,
and by all the Justices of the Peace of the State, and by all
public officials of the State, to be evidence of the Public Local
Laws of Maryland applicable to Baltimore City, in existence
at the time of said compilation, to wit: In the year 1915.

Approved March 31st, 1916.

CHAPTER 120.

AN ACT to authorize the County Commissioners of Queen
Anne's County to pay Percy Towers an annual pension of
Fifty ($50) Dollars, and to levy said amount on the assess-
able property of said County.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the County Commissioners of Queen Anne's County
be and they are hereby authorized, empowered and directed to
grant a pension of Fifty ($50) Dollars, annually to Percy
Towers, who is is terrible cripple and has been so for many
years, and is totally unable to do any work at all and has been
for years dependent upon the charity of individuals until it
has become burdensome; said pension to be paid in quarterly
installments of Twelve Dollars and Fifty ($12. 50) Cents
each during his natural life; and the said County Commis-
sioners of Queen Anne's County are hereby authorized, em-
powered and directed to levy said sum of Fifty ($50) Dollars,
upon the assessable property of said County, for the payment
of said pension as herein provided.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the first day of June, 1916.
