SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That all funds which
may remain on June 1, 1916, subject to the order of said Com-
mission or in its hands, for use for the purposes mentioned in
said Act, shall be turned over to the Treasurer of the City of
Havre de Grace on June 1, 1916, and said funds shall be used
as are other revenues of the City of Havre de Grace, and said
Commission shall at the same time file with the Treasurer an
account of all moneys received and expended and for what
purpose.
SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, This Act shall take
effect June 1, 1916.

CHAPTER 107.
AN ACT to. authorize and require the Clerk of the Circuit
Court of Kent County, Maryland, to make a general index
for chattel mortgages and bills of sale from the year 1900
to 1916, inclusive; to make a general index for magistrates'
judgments from the year 1904 to 1916, inclusive; to make
a general index for. marriage licenses from the year 1796
to 1886, inclusive; and to make a general index for all
equity proceedings.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the Clerk of the Circuit Court for Kent County be
and he is authorized and directed to make a general index for
chattel mortgages and bills of sale from the year 1900 to 1916.
inclusive; and to make a general index for magistrates' judg-
ments from the year 1904 to 1916, inclusive; and to make a gen-
eral index for marriage licenses from the year 1796 to 1886,
inclusive; and to make a general index for all equity proceed-
ings, and to index each party to said proceeding.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the County Commissioners
of Kent County, Maryland, are required to levy on the assess-
|
