(30) days if such court be then in session, and if it be not in
session, within thirty (30) days from the date when it is next
in session. If at the time appointed for trial the returns have
not been properly made, or if for other sufficient cause the
trial may be postponed to a further date not more than fifteen
(15) days beyond said thirty (30) days.

(L) The word "liquor" when used in this section, unless
the same be inconsistent with the context, shall be construed
to include the vessels containing the same. The phrase "means
used for the sale of the same" shall include all furniture, imple-
ments or paraphernalia of a barroom or drinking saloon or any
part of the same, and any United States internal revenue tax
receipt effective for the period of time covering the alleged
offense.

SEC. 12. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 105.

AN ACT authorizing and directing the dissolution of the Com-
mission created by Chapter 276 of the Acts of the General
Assembly of Maryland at the session of 1908, said Commis-
sion to dissolve on June 1, 1916, and directing it to turn
over all funds in its hands and making further provisions
for the same.

WHEREAS, by virtue of the provisions of Chapter 276, Acts
of 1908, a Commission was appointed to extend the outlet of
the city sewer, to acquire land, erect buildings, and provide
equipment for the city fire department, to improve the streets
of the city, and other sundry duties, in the City of Havre de
Grace, Harford County, and the Commission duly appointed
having substantially completed said duties therein mentioned,
Therefore,

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the said Commission be relieved and dis-
charged from any further duties in relation to the duties and
powers mentioned in Chapter 276, Acts of 1908, on June 1,
1916.
