cials of the State, to be evidence of the Public Local Laws of
Baltimore County purporting to be contained therein.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That the County Com-
missioners of Baltimore County are authorized to have said Code
printed and published and to sell copies thereof at such price
as to them may seem reasonable, the money received from the
sale of such copies to be paid over to the County Treasurer of
Baltimore County as a part of the public funds of said County.
SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the first day of June, 1916.

CHAPTER 17.
AN ACT to repeal an Act Entitled an Act to authorize, em-
power and direct the County Commissioners of St. Mary's
County to subscribe to the preferred capital stock or in-
come bonds of the Washington, Potomac and Chesapeake
Railway Company, and to issue bonds to provide for the
payment of the same.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, that Chapter 550 of the Acts of 1914, entitled an Act
to authorize, empower and direct the County Commissioners of
St. Mary's County to subscribe to the preferred capital stock
or the income bonds of the Washington, Potomac and Chesa-
peake Railway Company be and the same is hereby repealed.
SEC. 2. Be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect from
and after the first day of June, 1916.

CHAPTER 18.
AN ACT to authorize the Mayor and City Council of Cumber-
land to issue bonds to the amount of Sixty Thousand Dol-
lars, and to sell the same and with the proceeds build a
bridge over Wills Creek at Valley Street and also a bridge
over Wills Creek at Baltimore Street, in the City of Cum-
berland, and to present the question of issuing said bonds:
