Wicomico County" shall be paid by the Treasurer of Wicomico
County on the requisition of the County School Commissioners
of Wicomico County, endorsed by the County Commissioners
of Wicomico County as other funds are paid out, and the said
County School Commissioners of Wicomico County are hereby
authorized to make requisition on said County Commissioners
for said funds, and said County Commissioners are hereby
directed to pay over the same in accordance with the provisions
of Section 4 of this Act as required therein, and the County
School Commissioners shall keep a special account of the funds
so received and of the expenditures thereof and make a detailed
statement to the County Commissioners of Wicomico County
as soon as said additions and improvements are completed, said
fund to be expended only for the purpose set out in this Act,
and the County Treasurer shall keep a separate account of each
allotment heretofore provided, and same shall be expended for
that purpose alone, or so much thereof as may be necessary;
and if there is any balance the same shall be used only for the
improvement and maintenance of the public roads and bridges
of Wicomico County, and if there is any balance of the school
allotment it shall be used only for the purpose of addition and
improvements of the public schools in Wicomico County.

CHAPTER 713.

AN ACT to make an annual appropriation for the payment of
the salaries of the members of the Public Service Commis-
sion of Maryland and the General Counsel to said Commis-
sion, and restoring the amount of said salaries to that pro-
vided in Chapter 180 of the Acts of 1910, the State In-
dustrial Accident Commission of Maryland, and the State
Tax Commission of Maryland, by the State of Maryland,
and to relieve the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore
from the necessity of paying any portion of such salaries.

WHEREAS, by the provision of Chapter 180 of the Acts of
the General Assembly of Maryland of 1910, a Public Service
Commission of Maryland was created to be composed of three
members to be appointed by the Governor of Maryland, one
of said members to be designated as Chairman of said Commis-
sion. That by the provisions of said Act of Assembly the
salary of each of said Commissioners was fixed at three thou-
