sub-title '' Shows and Theatrical Exhibitions, '' be and the same
are hereby repealed and re-enacted with amendments, and that
twenty-five additional sections are hereby added to said Article
56, to follow Section 163, and to be known as Sections 164, 165,
166, 167, 168, 169, 170, 171, 172, 173, 174, 175, 176, 177, 178,
179, 180, 181, 182, 183, 184, 185, 186, 187 and 188, said new
sections providing for the licensing of Detective Agencies and
Agents, Moving Picture Shows and Carnivals, Garages, Cash
Registers and Adding Machines, Typewriting Machines, Com-
mercial, Mercantile and Mutual Protective Agencies, Intelli-
gence Offices and Employment Agencies, Laundries, Junk Deal-
ers, Trading Stamp Companies, Wholesale Dealers in Farm
Machinery, Soda Water Fountains, Livery Stables, Bowling
Saloons, Storage Warehouses, Check Rooms, Cleaning, Dyeing
and Pressing Companies, Shoe-Shining Parlors and Hat-Clean-
ing Establishments, Restaurants or Eating Places, Plumbers
and Gas Fitters, Construction Firms or Companies, Non-
resident Wholesale Tobacco Dealers and Non-resident Whole-
sale Liquor Dealers, said amended sections and new sections
to read as follows:

59. Upon such application, the said Clerk shall demand and
receive from said applicant the sum of fifteen dollars before
granting said license, and in all cases the said trader shall
post the said license in a conspicuous place in his place of busi-
ness. The failure of any such person or corporation to procure
said license shall be a misdemeanor, and upon conviction such
person or corporation shall be fined one hundred dollars; one-
fourth of which shall be paid to the informer, and the balance
to the State Treasurer.

108. Any person, or company of stage players, ventrilo-
quists, sleight-of-hand performers, rope dancers, tumblers and
wire dancers shall, before exhibiting or performing for a reward
in any County in this State pay to the Clerk of the Circuit
Court for such County fifty dollars for one year, or two dollars
for each exhibition, at his or their option.

109. Every person or company of circus riders or equestrian
performers who shall exhibit for a reward in any County in this
State shall pay to the said Clerk the sum of fifty dollars for a
license therefor for one year, and are hereby expressly pro-
hibited from having a license issued under the preceding Sec-
tion, viz: 108.

110. Every person or company who shall exhibit for a re-
ward any animal or animals, or natural or artificial curiosities
