Laws of Maryland, title "Garrett County, " sub-title "Wild
Animals, " be and the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted
with amendments so as to read as follows:
Section 228. Any citizen of the State of Maryland, who
shall kill any wolf, panther, wild cat, weasel, fox or hawk,
within the limits of Garrett County, Maryland, shall be en-
titled to the following allowance, viz: For every wolf scalp
the sum of $20. 00, for every panther scalp the sum of $20. 00,
for every wild cat scalp" the sum of $3. 00, for every fox scalp
the sum of $1. 00, for every weasel scalp the sum of fifty
cents.
SEC. 2. Be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect from
the first day of June, 1916.

CHAPTER 14.
AN ACT to add a new section to Article 93 of Bagby's Anno-
tated Code of the Public Civil Laws of Maryland, title
"Testamentary Law, " sub-title "Debts, " by the addition of
a new section to be known as Section 108-A, and to come
immediately after Section 108.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, that a new section be, and the same is hereby added to
Article 93 of Bagby's Annotated Code of the Public Civil
Laws of Maryland, title "Testamentary Law, " sub-title
"Debts, " to be known as Section 108-A and to come immedi-
ately after Section 108 and to read as follows:
''SEC. 108-A. In no case shall the mere failure of administra-
tors or executors to plead plene administravit or insufficiency of
assets of their decedents render any judgments against them in
their representative capacity personally binding upon them as
individuals or upon their property or upon the sureties on their
bonds. "
