disposal of the Chief Executive of the State of Maryland; to
the Commissioner of the Land Office for expenses incident to
special indexing, twenty-five hundred dollars, or so much
thereof as may be necessary, and the further sum of one thou-
sand dollars for binding, as provided by Chapter 261 of the
Acts of 1902; for the printing of the Maryland reports as pro-
vided in Section 3 of Article 80 of the Annotated Code of Public
General Laws of Maryland, twelve hundred dollars, or so much
thereof as may be necessary; for publishing the Maryland
Manual as provided in Sections 6 to 9 inclusive, of Article 85
of the Annotated Code of Public General Laws of Maryland,
the sum of twelve hundred dollars, or so much thereof as may
be necessary; for pension to Jesse G. Dwyer as provided by
Chapter 448 of the Acts of 1912, two hundred dollars; for
printing records and briefs in State cases, the sum of five hun-
dred dollars, or so much thereof as may be necessary, to be paid
by the Treasurer upon proper vouchers presented to him by
the Clerk of the Court of Appeals, as provided by Section 44
of Article 17 of the Annotated Code of Public General Laws of
Maryland; for the rent of State Offices in the City of Balti-
more, as provided by Chapter 330 of the Acts of 1912, fifteen
thousand dollars; for the rent of safe deposit boxes for the use
of the Treasury Department, nine hundred dollars, or so much
thereof as may be necessary; for insurance on public buildings
and personal property of the State, the sum of twenty thousand
dollars, or so much thereof as may. be necessary; to the Secre-
tary of State for the printing of election laws as provided in
Section 122 of Article 33 of the Annotated Code of Public Gen-
eral Laws of Maryland, the sum of one thousand dollars, or so
much thereof as may be necessary; for the payment of the an-
nual ground rent on the Tobacco Warehouse lots in Baltimore
City, four hundred and forty-eight dollars and eleven cents, the
same to be paid out of the tobacco inspection fund. The sum
of twenty thousand dollars, or so much thereof as may be neces-
sary, to be used in installing new boilers and making other
necessary repairs to the ice-boat "Annapolis", and the Harbor
Board of Baltimore City is hereby authorized to install said
new boilers and make such other necessary repairs, the same to
be done by contract or contracts awarded by the Board of
Awards, in pursuance of Sections 14 and 15 of the Baltimore
City Charter; payment to be made by the Comptroller upon
receipt of proper vouchers either to the Comptroller of Balti-
more City, or to the contractors direct, also the further sum of
five thousand dollars toward the expense of maintenance and
