ment of said Justices of the Peace, appeals may be taken on
the terms mentioned in the next preceding section.

535. The board of special police, biennially appointed
under Section 516, are constituted officers of this State and
charged with the enforcement of the provisions of Sections 532
to 536, inclusive, so far as the same extend to the waters of
said bay and its tributaries in Harford and Cecil counties
northward of the line mentioned in Section 532; and the
sheriffs, constables and commissioned militia officers of Har-
ford, Cecil and Baltimore counties are constituted officers of
this State and charged with the enforcement of the provisions
of these sections in each of said counties and upon any waters
to which the same apply.

536. The possession at any time of any net or trap used or
contrived for purposes forbidden in Section 532 shall be prima
facie evidence against its possessor of its being possessed for
the purpose of violating that section.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That all laws and parts
of laws now in force relating or applicable to Harford County,
and not included in this Act, and not inconsistent with this
Act, shall be and they are hereby continued until changed or
repealed; provided that all acts or parts of acts general or
local, passed at the session of the General Assembly of Mary-
land in the year 1916, relating to or in any way affecting Har-
ford County, or in any manner amending or adding to Article
13 of the Code of Public Local Laws, as said article existed
before the passage of this act or in anywise inconsistent with
this Act, shall in nowise be affected by the passage of this act,
but all such laws shall have the same force and effect as if this
act had not been passed.

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That the County Com-
missioners of Harford County be and they are hereby author-
ized and directed to pay to Robert H. Archer, Jr., the sum of
Six Hundred and Thirty-five Dollars ($635. 00) for codifying
Article 13 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland,
title "Harford County, " and preparing this Bill, said sum of
money to be paid on or before the first day of July, 1916.
