Section 381. Any pharmacist, druggist or physician who
shall violate the provisions of the preceding Section shall, upon
indictment and conviction thereof, be fined not less than fifty
dollars, nor more than five hundred dollars, and failing to pay
said fine and costs of prosecution forthwith, shall be sentenced
to be confined in the county jail for not less than thirty days
nor more than six months.

Section 382. The provisions of this sub-title of this article
shall not apply to sales by the manufacturers of cider in quan-
tities not less than a gallon, which shall not be drunk on the
premises of the manufacturer, nor to sales of spirituous or fer-
mented liquors by the manufacturer thereof to any person
licensed to sell spirituous or fermented liquors in said City.

Section 383. Whenever any license shall be suppressed for
any violation of this sub-title of this article, it shall not be
lawful for the Clerk of the Circuit Court for Harford County
to grant a license to any other person to sell spirituous or fer-
mented liquors upon the premises covered by the license sup-
pressed, for the term of one year from the date of such sup-
pression.

Section 384. All licenses issued under this sub-title of this
article shall expire on the first day of May, annually, but
licenses may be issued for a shorter period than one year upon
the payment of a proportionate part of the license fee herein-
before provided for; and licenses issued under said Sections
of this sub-title of this article shall be transferable as traders'
licenses now are under the public general laws of this State,
provided, that before any license under this sub-title of this
article is assigned or transferred, the assignee shall have com-
plied with all the provisions of said sections of this sub-title
of this article required by any applicant for an original
license, except the payment to the Clerk of the Circuit Court
of the hereinbefore mentioned sum of three hundred and fifty
dollars.

Section 385. In any prosecution under this sub-title of this
article, it shall only be necessary to state that the traverser
did sell or give away spirituous or fermented liquors, without
specifying the particular kind of liquor.

Section 386. All prosecutions for violations of any of the
provisions of this sub-title of this article shall be upon pre-
sentment and indictment, except as hereinbefore specially pro-
vided for; and one-half of all fines imposed under said Sec-
tions shall be paid to the County Commissioners of Harford
