Section 372. It shall not be lawful for any person licensed
under this sub-title of this article to sell or give away, directly
or indirectly, any spirituous or fermented liquors, or any kind
of intoxicating drink, to a minor or person under the age of
twenty-one years, nor to sell such liquors, or any of them, to
any person on the Sabbath Day, commonly called Sunday.

Section 373. Any person who shall violate the provisions
of the preceding Section shall, upon indictment and conviction
thereof, be fined not less than one hundred dollars, nor more
that five hundred dollars, or be sentenced to be confined in the
Maryland House of Correction for not less than sixty days nor
more than six months, and the license of such person may be
suppressed in the discretion of the Court

Section 374. No person, whether a licensed hotel keeper
or not, shall sell, directly or indirectly, give away, loan or in
any manner supply or furnish to any person whomsoever, any
spirituous or fermented liquors, or intoxicating drink of any
kind, at his place of business, or at any public place in said
City, on any day set apart by law for the election of National,
State or County officers, or any of them, on any day on which
a general county primary meeting or election, or a general
county convention shall be held for the purpose of nominating
directly or selecting a delegation to nominate a candidate or
candidates to be voted for at any ensuing election; provided,
previous notice of such day of holding such primary meeting
or election or county convention shall have been given by ad-
vertisement in one or more newspapers printed in Harford
County, or by hand bills set up at two or more public places
in said City, for at least ten days prior thereto.

Section 375. Any person who shall violate the provisions
of the preceding Section shall, upon indictment and convic-
tion thereof, be fined not less than two hundred dollars nor
more than five hundred dollars, or be imprisoned in the county
jail for not less than sixty days nor more than three months for
each offense.

Section 376. No person who is a resident of said City,
other than a licensed hotel keeper therein, shall take or receive
any order, verbal or written, in said City, for the purchase
beyond the limits of said City, of any spirituous or fermented
liquor, or intoxicating drink, and execute and fill such order by
delivering said liquors, or any of them, upon any premises
kept for that purpose, to any person within the limits of said
City; and no person except one that has complied with the
