AFFIDAVIT.

STATE OF MARYLAND.................... County, Sct:

On this day of 191, before me the
Subscriber, personally appeared....................... the

applicant for trader's license, and made oath in due form of
law that the statements set forth above are true, to the best of
said applicant's knowledge and belief.

Clerk of Court
................................... J Justice of the Peace.

Notary Public.

The said Clerks of Court shall grant to every person who
shall apply for the same, such license as he may desire, and
be authorized to obtain, properly filled up and signed by them.

52. If more than forty thousand dollars, and not more than
fifty thousand dollars, the sum of one hundred and fifty dollars.

52-A. If more than fifty thousand dollars, and not more than
seventy-five thousand dollars, the sum of two hundred dollars.

52-B. If more than seventy-five thousand dollars, and not
more than one hundred thousand dollars, the sum of two hun-
dred and fifty dollars.

52-C. If more than one hundred thousand dollars, and not
more than one hundred and fifty thousand dollars, the sum
of three hundred dollars.

52-D. If more than one hundred and fifty thousand dollars,
and not more than two hundred thousand dollars, the sum of
three hundred and fifty dollars.

52-E. If more than two hundred thousand dollars, and not
more than three hundred thousand dollars, the sum of four
hundred dollars.

52-F. If more than three hundred thousand dollars, and not
more than four hundred thousand dollars, the sum of five hun-
dred dollars.

52-G. If more than four hundred thousand dollars, and not
more than five hundred thousand dollars, the sum of six hun-
dred dollars.

52-H. If more than five hundred thousand dollars, and not
more than seven hundred and fifty thousand dollars, the sum
of seven hundred and fifty dollars.

52-I. If more than seven hundred and fifty thousand dollars,
the sum of eight hundred dollars.
