(i) -two lots of ground, and the ground-rents of $90. - each
issuing thereout, known as Nos. 2000 and 2002 Cromwell
Street (now called Homewood Avenue) conveyed to the Vestry
of St. Paul's Parish, by deed dated July 16, 1906, and recorded
in R. O. No. 2257 folio 161, etc., one of the Land Records of
Baltimore City.

(j) three lots of ground, and the ground-rents of $65. - each
issuing thereout, known as No. 2207, 2209 and 2211 Cromwell
Street (now called Homewood Avenue) conveyed to the Vestry
of St. Paul's Parish, by deed dated November 8, 1906, and re-
corded in R. O. No. 2286 folio 247, one of the Land Records
of Baltimore City.

(k) four lots of ground, and the ground-rents of $85. - each
issuing thereout, known as No. 3802, 3806, 3810 and 3814 Park
Heights Avenue, conveyed to the Vestry of St. Paul's Parish
(together with other ground-rents adjoining, which have since
been redeemed), by deed dated January 8, 1907, and recorded
in R. O. No. 2300 folio 506, one of the Land Records of Balti-
more City.

(1) five lots of ground, and the ground-rents of $60. - each
issuing thereout, known as 27, 29, 31, 33 and 35 Gorman Ave-
nue, conveyed to the Vestry of St. Paul's Parish, by deed dated
October 22, 1909, and recorded in S. C. L. No. 2535 folio 342,
etc., one of the Land Records of Baltimore City.

(m) a lot of ground and ground-rent of $225. - issuing there-
out, at the southeast corner of Lexington and Carey Streets,
conveyed to the Vestry of St. Paul's Parish, by deed dated May
25, 1911, and recorded in S. C. L. No. 2661 folio 276, etc., one
of the Land Records of Baltimore City.

(n) a lot of ground and ground-rent of $115. 50, issuing
thereout, known as 1538 John Street, conveyed to the Vestry
of St. Paul's Parish, in Baltimore County, by deed dated No-
vember 28, 1911, and recorded in S. C. L. No. 2703 folio 169,
etc., one of the Land Records of Baltimore City.

(o) six lots of ground and ground-rents of $66. each issu-
ing thereout, known as Nos. 3015, 3017, 3019, 3021, 3023 and
3025 Brighton Street, conveyed to the Vestry of St. Paul's
Parish in Baltimore County, by deed dated December 18, 1911,
. and recorded in S. C. L. No. 2708 folio 235, etc., one of the
Land Records of Baltimore City.

(p) three lots of ground, and ground-rents of $90. - each
issuing thereout, known as Nos. 1620, 1622 and 1624 Harlem
Avenue, conveyed to the Vestry of St. Paul's Parish in Balti-
