erning the registration of voters therein.

CHAPTER 570.

AN ACT to repeal Article 98 of Bagby's Annotated Code of
Public Civil Laws, title "Wharves and State Wharfinger. "

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Article 98 of Bagby's Annotated Code of Pub-
lic Civil Laws, title "Wharves and State Wharfinger, " be and
the same is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. That this Act shall take effect May first, One thou-
sand nine hundred and eighteen.

Approved April 18th, 1916.

CHAPTER 571.

AN ACT to appropriate the sum of twenty thousand, six hun-
dred and eighty-five dollars and ten cents ($20, 685. 10) to
defray the expense incurred in publishing the Governor's
Constitutional Amendment Proclamation, setting forth the
text of the proposed amendments' to the Constitution of
Maryland, authorized to be submitted to the voters of the
State for their adoption or rejection by Chapters 390, 416,
453 and 673 of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1914,
and by said Acts required to be so submitted at the election
held in this State on the first Tuesday after the first Mon-
day in November, 1915, said publication being required by
the Constitution of the State.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the sum of Twenty Thousand, Six Hundred and
Eighty-five Dollars and ten cents ($20, 685. 10) be and the same
is hereby appropriated from any money in the Treasury not
otherwise appropriated, to defray the expense of publishing the
Governor's Constitutional Amendments Proclamation of 1915,
