not to exceed Fifteen ($15. 00) Dollars, all dockets and papers
of the Justices of the Peace of the County Court of Prince
George's County to ascertain the fees earned by said Justices
of the Peace of the County Court, and the amount due the
County Commissioners thereof.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect on June 1st, 1916.

CHAPTER 68.
AN ACT to amend the Charter of Mount Airy, in Carroll and
Frederick Counties, Maryland, by repealing Section B,
Chapter 341, Acts of 1900, and re-enacting the same as
amended.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section B, Chapter 341, Acts of the General
Assembly of Maryland, of the year 1900, be and the same is
hereby repealed and re-enacted so as to read as follows: "The
limits of said town shall be as follows: Beginning at a point
where the land purchased by the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad
Company from Robert Sellman intersects the Watersville road,
thence with said road West to the Westminster road, thence
with said road North to the Northern line of the land pur-
chased by the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad Company from
Albert Jones, thence in a straight line to the spring on the
land of the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad Company, thence in
a straight line to the North-West corner of the land of Grafton
Harrison, thence following the line of the said Grafton Harri-
son to the Railroad bed, thence in a straight line to the North-
west corner of the land of Clifton Mullinix, thence in a
straight line to the Parrsville road, thence in a straight line
to the Southeast corner of the Camp Ground woods where it
intersects the land of Clarence Murray, thence in a straight
line to the place of beginning.
SEC. 2. Be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect on
the first day of July, in the year nineteen hundred and six-
teen.
